Biography — Saeed Akhter chose medicine to serve humanity. After MBBS at Sindh Medical College and registrar work in Pakistan, he moved to the United States on scholarship in 1985, earned an MPH from Yale, and built an academic career before returning to Pakistan to advance free, high-quality kidney care.
